Information for Participants

The Enrolment charges for the entire 4 days Programme including meals is Rs.2000/- per participant.

Accommodation if required, can be arranged by the organisers in the following categories, subject to availability on first come basis.

1. Accommodation will be arranged preferably within 10 to 20 minutes walking distance from the venue. If transportation by bus is required the same will be arranged if practical on group request at extra charges.
2. The application should be accompanied with full payment of enrolment charges and accommodation charges (where applicable) to qualify for enrolment confirmation.
3. The applicant is advised to enrol through DLS branch wherever possible to facilitate group travel and accommodation arrangements.
4. The participant is expected to reach his allocated accommodation by 12 noon of 30th December, 1999 and vacate it by the morning of 3rd January 2000 AD
5. The total number of enrolments are limited and will be made on first come basis latest by 30th August, 1999 where accommodation is required and 30th September, 1999 without accommodation. No spot enrolment will be made.
6. The organisers will acknowledge the application with enrolment number, details of accommodation, and with comprehensive information of the conference programme and arrangements.

It will be collector’s item for spiritual aspirants, specially all the participants, devotees, spiritually conscientious persons and branches of Divine Life Society world-wide. We are planning to print about 2500 copies of this souvenir. Donors can sponsor each spiritual message, photograph or soul stirring quote. We will mention your name (personal or business) elegantly below the printing material on each page as “Space Courtesy………”
