Return & Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the books are shipped.
- Books and CDs once sold cannot be exchanged or returned.
- However, books that are missing pages or CDs that are defective
will be replaced. Please communicate the nature of the defect to us
within one month after receipt of shipment.
